Neo Holding successfully executed the internal road development and expansion works at the Rashid Equestrian & Horse Racing Club, delivering a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade across an area of approximately 5 kilometers. The project was carried out to support the enhancement of the club’s facilities and improve accessibility, safety, and overall visitor experience within one of Bahrain’s prominent equestrian destinations.

The scope of work included the development and expansion of internal roads designed to improve traffic circulation and operational efficiency throughout the facility. In addition, Neo Holding implemented a complete stormwater drainage network to ensure effective water management and enhance the sustainability and durability of the infrastructure.

A key feature of the project was the implementation of an innovative stormwater storage solution utilizing advanced GeoCell/Tank technology, reflecting Neo Holding’s commitment to incorporating modern engineering solutions and sustainable infrastructure practices into its projects.
