Neo Holding successfully completed the Sheikh Zayed Road Expansion and Development Project, covering a total length of approximately 2 kilometers. The project was undertaken as part of ongoing efforts to enhance transportation infrastructure, improve traffic movement, and support the increasing demand on one of the area’s key road networks.

The development works included the expansion of the existing roadway from three lanes to five lanes, significantly increasing the road’s capacity and improving overall traffic flow. In addition to the new traffic lanes, the project also included the construction of dedicated emergency lanes aimed at enhancing road safety and ensuring smoother traffic operations during peak hours and emergency situations.

The scope of work further comprised the installation of concrete and steel barriers, modern street lighting systems, and the construction of a new stormwater drainage network designed to improve water management and protect the roadway infrastructure during adverse weather conditions.
